Multifacet™ Diversity Solutions Ltd. is a unique organization the specializes in spiritual identity and religious accommodation in schools, and the workplace.
Why are we doing this?
Canada is at a unique point in its history where virtually all of the world’s faith and spiritual traditions are represented in our country. However this “new spiritual identity” is not without tension, conflict, and misunderstanding especially when it moves beyond the private sphere into people’s public lives. Ignoring this new reality will not make it go away, rather the challenge must be met head on.
Dr. David Miller head of the Princeton Centre for Faith and Work states, The "soul" train, has left the station. He points out that the faith-at-work movement still is in its early stages and companies are uncertain how to respond. He observes that this is not unlike when the civil, women's, and gay and lesbian rights movements were just emerging.
What Solutions Do We offer?
Multifacet is primarily an educational organization, with expertise on creating content for managing and embracing faith identity in public life. Our solutions can be as traditional as giving advice, or as cutting edge as on demand video modules for dealing with real life situations.
